Sold for ten years or never sold at all — the ramp starts where you are.
A lot of agencies hand you a dialer and a spreadsheet and call it onboarding. We hand you the leads, the follow-up system, and appointments that land on your calendar — and yes, a phone you will actually use. Here's the kind of activity a busy morning brings.

The lead-gen and follow-up grind is already handled.
You're not buying data, chasing no-shows, or building your own funnel. You're closing.
Where your leads come from
The agency supplies the leads and runs the ad spend — you are not funding your own pipeline out of pocket. This is a hybrid desk: inbound leads from our advertising, plus outbound dialing. Expect to pick up the phone.
AI handles the grind
Text and voice follow-up is built to run automatically until a lead is warm and ready — it switches on as each consent gate clears. You're not the one sending the fifth "just checking in" text.
You handle the close
Live transfers and booked appointments land straight on your calendar. Your day is a mix: inbound calls from people who asked to hear from you, and outbound dials to work the rest.
Here's the actual sequence, start to close.
Lead comes in
From our own advertising or an organic search.
AI nurtures it
We follow up by text — and, where the lead consents, an AI voice call — until the lead is warm.
Warm transfer to you
Live call or a booked appointment lands on your calendar, already qualified.
You close
Walk through the numbers, write the policy, move to the next one.
Lead flow is the volume this model is designed to route per agent, not a measured production average or a promise of results. What you actually earn depends on your license, your effort, and your close rate.
The model in one line: stop funding your own pipeline — the agency buys the leads and runs the ad spend, and you bring the dials.— How the role is designed to work. Real agent testimonials will appear here as the team grows.
The questions every licensed agent asks first.
No hype, no income promises — just how this actually works.
Is this captive or independent?
Independent. You're not locked to one carrier's products — you place business with the carrier that actually fits the client, which is better for them and for your persistency. We're a licensed independent agency, not a captive career shop.
Do I have to buy my own leads?
No. The agency supplies the leads and runs the ad spend, and AI-assisted follow-up warms them before they reach you. You're not funding your own pipeline out of pocket to get started.
How does the commission split work?
We discuss the split directly and in writing before you start — it depends on your experience and license status. This is a commission-based role: there's no salary and no guaranteed income, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we provide is the leads, the tech, and the follow-up so your time goes to closing, not prospecting.
Which states can I write in?
The ones you're licensed in. You bring your own resident and non-resident licenses; we route you the leads that match them. Getting appointed with additional carriers and adding states is something we help you do over time.
What's actually expected of me?
Hold an active license, carry the E&O coverage the role requires, take the calls and appointments that land on your calendar, and treat every client the way our public site promises — independent, plain-English, no pressure. If you can do that consistently, the volume takes care of itself.
Do I need experience?
A license helps most, but we also talk with agents who are still in the licensing process. What matters more is that you can hold a real conversation, follow a proven process, and put the client first. We'll be straight with you about whether it's a fit before either of us invests time.
Tell us where you're licensed and we'll take it from there.
Most applicants hear back within two business days. No resume required — a conversation is enough to start.
