1. Who we are

PolicySolutions LLC ("PolicySolutions," "we," "us") is a licensed independent life insurance agency, NPN #20612303. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information when you use this website, request a quote, or apply to work with us.

2. Information we collect

Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code.
Quote information: age, tobacco use, general health description, desired coverage amount, and monthly budget. This may include information that qualifies as health information under state insurance privacy laws.
Consent records: your TCPA contact consent and your choices about AI-assisted text and voice outreach, together with a timestamp and the phone number verified by one-time code.
Career application information: name, contact details, license status, and licensed states, if you apply to join our team.
Technical & device information: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited (standard web log data).
Cookies & analytics: if you accept our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure site traffic and ad performance. These load only after you accept, and Google Analytics 4 does not log or retain your full IP address. You can decline, and nothing third-party loads.
First-party attribution: to know how you reached us and route your request, we record marketing source information in your browser (for example, UTM tags and ad click identifiers such as fbclid/gclid, the referring page, and on-site activity like pages viewed and time on page). This is first-party information used only to handle your request, and we spell it out here so nothing is hidden.

3. How we use it

To prepare and deliver the quote or information you requested.
To contact you by phone, text message, or email — including by automated means and, only if you opted in, by AI-assisted text or AI-assisted phone call — about your request.
To verify your phone number via a one-time SMS code.
To match your situation with products from our carrier partners.
To evaluate career applications.
To comply with insurance licensing, record-keeping, and other legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Insurance carriers we represent, to obtain quotes and process applications you ask us to submit.
Service providers (subprocessors) that operate on our behalf under contractual limits on their use of your data — including our CRM platform, our SMS/phone verification and communications provider, our hosting provider, and, if you accept cookies, our analytics and ad-measurement providers (Google, Meta).
Legal and regulatory recipients where required by law, subpoena, or insurance regulators.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising-measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel may be considered "sharing" (or a "sale") of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws. You can opt out of this at any time — see Your choices and rights below, decline our cookie banner, or use a browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor automatically.

5. Text messaging and calls

Your consent to receive calls and texts, and your separate choices about AI-assisted outreach, are governed by our SMS & Call Consent Terms. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you may revoke call consent by any reasonable means.

6. Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can:

Access, correct, or delete your personal information — email us at info@policysolutionsagency.com. Insurance record-keeping laws may require us to retain certain records for a set period.
Opt out of cookies/analytics — decline our cookie banner (nothing third-party loads), or turn on a browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we detect and honor automatically as an opt-out.
Opt out of texts and calls — reply STOP to any text; revoke call consent by any reasonable means.

California residents, and residents of other states with privacy laws, additionally have the right to know the categories of personal information we collect and share, the right to correct or delete it, the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (such as health-related information). We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise any of them, email info@policysolutionsagency.com or use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days (extendable with notice).

7. Data security and retention

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We retain lead and applicant information only as long as needed to serve your request and manage the relationship, and longer where insurance record-keeping, tax, or other laws require it; consent records are retained for the period applicable law requires. When information is no longer needed and no retention obligation applies, we delete or de-identify it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children

This site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Once this policy is adopted, the effective date shown above will reflect the current version.
