For licensed life insurance producers

The standard, stated plainly.

This isn't a pitch. It's what we look for, and what we provide — set down in the open, so nothing about working here is a surprise on day 90 that wasn't on the table on day one. Read it. If it's the standard you already hold yourself to, the application is at the bottom.

What we look for

Character first. The rest can be taught.

Product knowledge and process, we'll build with you. These four, you bring.

Honest over persuasive

We're independent. The job is to place the right coverage for the client — not the highest-commission product, not more than they need. If you'd rather win the trust than win the pitch, you'll fit.

Disciplined

A lead answered in five minutes converts many times better than one answered in an hour. Clean notes, diligent follow-through, dispositions logged. The producers who win here are consistent, not loud.

Composed

Families are making a serious decision, often about money and mortality. They don't need a hard sell. They need someone calm who knows the material and tells them the truth, including when the answer is "wait" or "not from us."

Coachable

You'll get hands-on coaching, warm inbound leads, and systems built for a live call. In return we expect you to use them, ask questions early, and hold the standard when no one is watching.

The requirements, in the open

The bar to sell here — every item, up front.

Insurance is licensed and carrier-appointed. None of this is a surprise later because it's all here now.

  • An active resident life insurance license — or you're actively pursuing one. We'll verify it and your National Producer Number (NPN).
  • Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage in force. Most carriers require it before they'll appoint you.
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) training current, and kept current.
  • A clean compliance posture — background check where required, and a genuine commitment to TCPA / Do-Not-Call discipline and honest, documented consent.
  • Carrier contracting completed for the products you'll sell (we help you through it — appointments can take days to weeks, so we start early).
  • A willingness to follow the process — speed-to-lead, a genuine needs analysis, independent recommendations, and suitability done right.

If you're newly licensed, good — much of this is exactly what a structured first 90 days is for. See how it maps out; we don't leave the ramp to chance.

What we provide

A real operation, not a lead list and a login.

We hold ourselves to the same standard we ask of you. Here's what that looks like on our side.

Real leads, with context

Leads that come in already knowing who we are, tagged with where they came from and what they were reading, so you are working a named, sourced lead rather than a stranger from a purchased list.

A working CRM and softphone

Our agent portal screen-pops the matched lead when the phone rings, tracks your day against your goal, and keeps your quoter, cheat sheet, and carrier contacts in one place. Built to be used on a live call.

A neutral carrier bench

A carrier bench you can actually place with, plus contracting support, so you can match a client to the insurer that fits their situation — a diabetic, a smoker, a veteran, a business owner — instead of forcing one lineup.

Compliance built in

Consent capture, DNC discipline, and honest advertising aren't afterthoughts here. Selling clean protects the client, the agency, and your license — and we set it up so you can.

And what this isn't

We'll be just as plain about the other side.

Not for everyone

  • We don't post income screenshots and we don't promise you a number — your results depend on your effort, your license, and your discipline.
  • This isn't a boiler room. Volume without honesty gets people hurt and licenses pulled; we don't run that way.
  • If you're looking for hype, a shortcut, or a way to sell people more than they need, we're not the fit — and that's fine.

A fit if…

  • You want to be the calmest, most honest person in a client's decision.
  • You'll hold the standard on a slow day, not just a good one.
  • You'd rather build a clean book that compounds than chase a fast month.

If that's the standard you hold yourself to.

Tell us where you're licensed and where you are in the process. We read every application, and we're selective on purpose.

A producer opportunity for licensed (or licensable) life insurance agents. Nothing here is an offer of employment or a guarantee of income; compensation is commission-based and depends on your production, licensing, and carrier appointments.
